I updated the main etc-br page

there we will add everything we have in english right? left a link there 
to the page in portuguese aswell.

I had a little problem with posting an image on this post, basically the 
*full html* did not read the breaks so I had to use as input format 
*filtered html* wich then did not read the img src tag.. ;p will play 
more with it later on right?

look I must say that we will encounter a language issue at some time if 
we start to use the forum.. we are actually studying where these kinds 
of content you mentioned for the forum can go but to have a page in 
portuguese is actually quite important.
