The 2004 Belgrade /ETC was held at Rex Cultural Centre, an alternative arts & media organisation in the centre of Belgrade, part of B92. It provided a large hall with a stage, a computer lab, and a spacious foyer where we ate lunch.

We also spent some time at the offices of the organising group, Zene na delu, and visited some other spaces - can't remember what right now!
